We are pleased to introduce our قطاع شفرة المنشار من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ – a high-performance raw material precision-engineered for manufacturing various types of saw blades. As an integrated steel strip producer, we offer a complete solution that extends beyond simply supplying steel strips: we provide the essential foundation for transforming steel strip → saw blade material → finished saw blades.

Our stainless steel blade strips are manufactured from high-quality martensitic stainless steel with 12% to 18% chromium content, delivering an optimal balance of hardness, corrosion resistance, and toughness for demanding cutting applications.

Manufacturing Process

Our stainless steel blade strips undergo a rigorous production process to ensure consistent quality:

  1. Raw Material Cutting – Precision cutting of steel material to specified dimensions
  2. Heating – High-temperature treatment for malleability
  3. Rolling & Annealing – Cold rolling to achieve desired thickness, with intermediate annealing for mechanical properties
  4. Grinding – Surface grinding to smooth, flat finish
  5. Hardening & Tempering – Heat treatment and quenching for hardness, followed by tempering for toughness
  6. Slitting – Precision roll slitting to required widths
  7. Final Finishing – Polishing and protective coating application
  8. Quality Inspection – Comprehensive quality control before shipping
